JOLLY STEPPERS AFTER-SCHOOL CLUB

Our Out of School Club (The Jolly Steppers) works in partnership with Green Meadow School and other local schools to provide a high-quality after-school childcare service for children and families. The Jolly Steppers club is registered for children 4-11 years old. After-school care is available from 3.45pm to 6.30pm.

Within the Jolly Steppers club the children are provided with exciting and stimulating activities for all ages. At the end of a busy school day, our pupils who attend Jolly Steppers are provided with a healthy home cooked meal, which includes a dessert or fruit.  The meal is served at approximately 4.15pm, though a meal can be saved for children that have attended the Green Meadow Clubs and a teacher will take the children across to join the Jolly Steppers club. 

 

The children have access to lots of different activities, such as table-hockey, Pac-Man/space invaders game machines, Xboxes, board games, arts and crafts, outdoor play and much more. We also plan regular themed activities and special events throughout the academic year for the children to join in with such as Mothers Day, Christmas etc. If your child would rather focus on their homework, we make sure they have an area and appropriate support.

The After-school club also have access to the many outdoor play areas and frequently take part in sport activities on the school all weather pitch as well as having access to the climbing frame and our fantastic outdoor play area with slides, tunnels, swings and climbing wall.
